ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK ON CORRECT WIRING AND MAKE SURE THAT THE WIRES ARE TIGHTLY SECURED TO CONNECTORS!
IF IN DOUBT PLEASE REPEAT ALL THE STEPS FROM BEGINNING TO VERIFY THE CORRECT WIRING INSTALLATION!

Revision 1
  • There were some important updates during the preparation of this guide. There might some steps which you will encounter the older photos of the machine. Due to time it takes to shoot the photos we simply decided to keep the older versions as it is for now.
  • We added an voltage/current meter to measure how much power the stepper motor draws. This will also ensure if the motor is working within limits and make adjustments in realtime to the speed when needed during extrusion.

  • A small opening added to top middle panel. The purpose of this opening is for inspect and adjusting the position of the shaft coupler spacing during first time startup. There is a small cover that covers it during the normal extrusion operation to avoid any plastic pieces or other foreign objects to fall inside.

Electrical components required
  • Prepare the following components below.
  • Wiring set
  • Note that you may have received a DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF BAGS OF WIRING SET WHICH IS NORMAL and does not indicate a missing item or package. Check the wire names according to the check list included with wiring set to verify the content.

Step 1: Main power input wires installation

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Open all the back panels by removing the marked screws on photo.
  • Locate the IEC320 power socket on PB4 panel.
  • Check if the power button is in correct orientation by looking at distance between pins according to photo. Remove and rotate the power button if needed.
  • Install the PA01 wire as shown to the marked pins. Make sure that pins are all the way in.
  • Install the PA02 wire as shown to the marked pins. Make sure that pins are all the way in.

Step 2: Main power input wires installation​

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the PA05 pin located on POWER-A3 wire as shown to the marked pin. Make sure that pins are all the way in.
  • Remove the marked M3-8mm socket head screw from the frame where it holds the magnet holder closer to the PSU.
  • Insert the M3-8mm socket head screw and M3 oversized washer through the PA06 pin as shown on photo.
  • Install back the the M3-8mm socket head screw with washer back to it is place. If M3-8mm socket head screw is too short to install, replace it with M3-10mm socket head screw from spare fasteners bag.

Step 3: Main power input wires installation

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Locate the M6x100mm screw tip on motor shaft assembly which is closest to the 350W PSU.
  • Slide the PA07 pin located on POWER-A3 through the M6X100mm socket head screw as shown on photo.
  • Secure the pin by installing 1 piece of M6 thin hex nut all the way in.
  • Install the PA08 pin located on POWER-A3 wire as shown to the ground terminal on 350W PSU marked on photo. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 4: Main power input wires installation

  • Install the PA03 pin located on POWER-A1 wire as shown to the marked pin on IEC320 power socket. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PA04 pin located on POWER-A2 wire as shown to the marked pin on IEC320 power socket. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 5: Top panel preperation

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Open the top back cover by removing 4 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws.
  • Put the cover as shown on photo.
  • It maybe difficult to reach the back screws located on AC contactor. Easiest way to do is placing the screwdriver as shown for the few next steps.

Step 6: AC contactor wires installation
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the PA10 pin located on POWER-A1 wire as shown to the 1L1 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PA11 pin located on POWER-A2 wire as shown to the 3L2 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PA19 pin located on POWER-A6 wire as shown to the 5L3 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Leave the 21NC pin empty located on AC contactor.
  • Install the PA18 pin located on POWER-A6 wire as shown to the A1 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MIGHT BE DIFFICULT TO INSERT THE YELLOW FERRULES THROUGH THE CONTACTOR PINS SINCE IT IS A VERY TIGHT FIT. YOU CAN USE A PLIERS TO FLATTEN THE FERRULES SLIGHTLY! BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE YELLOW FERRULES SINCE THEY ARE FRAGILE AND ONLY APPLY A SLIGHT PRESSURE SLOWLY.

Step 7: AC contactor wires installation​
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the PA21 pin located on POWER-A7 wire as shown to the 2T1 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PA22 pin located on POWER-A8 wire as shown to the 4T2 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PA20 pin located on POWER-A5 wire as shown to the 6T3 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Leave the 22NC pin empty located on AC contactor.
  • Install the PA27 pin located on POWER-A2 wire as shown to the A2 pin located on AC contactor. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MIGHT BE DIFFICULT TO INSERT THE FERRULES THROUGH THE CONTACTOR PINS SINCE IT IS A VERY TIGHT FIT. YOU CAN USE A PLIERS TO FLATTEN THE FERRULES SLIGHTLY! BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE FERRULES SINCE THEY ARE FRAGILE AND ONLY APPLY A SLIGHT PRESSURE SLOWLY.

Step 8: Top panel wires installation

  • Grab the pins PA25 located on POWER-A7 and PA26 located on POWER-A8. Route them through top back panel as shown.
  • Install the PA25 pin to the X1 terminal on red light indicator.
  • Install the PA26 pin to the X2 terminal on red light indicator.
  • Grab the pin PA12 located on POWER-A1 and route it through top back panel as shown.
  • Install the PA12 pin located on POWER-A1 to the NC terminal on emergency stop button.

Step 9: Front panel wires installation

  • Rotate the machine. Control panel should be facing towards you.
  • Install the PA13 pin located on POWER-A4 to the C terminal on emergency stop button.
  • Grab the pins PA14 and PA15 located on POWER-A4, PA16 located on POWER-A5 and PA17 pin located on POWER-A6. Route them through the top control panel as shown.
  • Install the PA16 pin located on POWER-A5 to the 23 terminal located on red push button.
  • Install the PA14 pin located on POWER-A4 to the 23 terminal located on rotary switch.
  • Install the PA15 pin located on POWER-A6 to the 24 terminal located on rotary switch.
  • Install the PA17 pin located on POWER-A4 to the 24 terminal located on red push button.
  • REMINDER: DO NOT ATTEMPT RUN THE MACHINE AT THE END OF THIS CHAPTER UNTIL SAID SO ON FIRST TIME STARTUP CHAPTER! FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT DAMAGE THE MACHINE BEYOND REPAIR OR EVEN FIRE.
  • REMINDER: ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK ON CORRECT WIRING!

Step 10: DC relay wires installation​

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the PB06 pin located on POWER-B3 to the unmarked bottom terminal located on DC relay.
  • Install the PB07 pin located on POWER-B1 to the unmarked top terminal located on DC relay.
  • Check the tips of the PB04 pin located on POWER-B2 and the PB05 pin located on POWER-B3. If there is extra plastic covering the tip, it can be difficult to install it to the terminals.
  • Trim the extra plastic on tips with a sharp knife or any cutter tool as shown in photo.
  • Install the PB05 pin located on POWER-B3 to the COM terminal located on DC relay. Make sure that the pin is all the way in through the terminal.
  • Install the PB04 pin located on POWER-B2 to the NO terminal located on DC relay. Make sure that the pin is all the way in through the terminal.

Step 11: 350W PSU wires installation
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the PB03 pin located on POWER-B1 to the L (postive) terminal located on 350W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PB08 pin located on POWER-B3 to the N (negative) terminal located on 350W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 12: Front panel wires installation

  • Grab the pins PB09 located on POWER-B2 and PB10 pin located on POWER-B3. Route them through the top control panel as shown.
  • Install the PB09 pin located on POWER-B2 to the 23 terminal located on green push button.
  • Install the PB10 pin located on POWER-B3 to the 24 terminal located on green push button.
  • Do a final check on terminal connections.

    PA14     on POWER-A4 to 23 at rotary switch.
    PA15 on POWER-A4 to 24 at rotary switch.

    PA16 on POWER-A5 to 23 at red button.
    PA17 on POWER-A6 to 24 at red button.

    PB09 on POWER-B2 to 23 at green button.
    PB10 on POWER-B3 to 24 at green button.

Step 13: Back panel preperation

  • Rotate the machine to it is back side towards you where the system cooling fan is located.
  • Remove the back cover.
  • Remove the back panel holder.
  • Remove the transparent terminal block cover.

Step 14: Back panel wires installation

  • Take attention to the positive side of the power distribution. Grab the pin PA23 located on POWER-A7. Route it through the back right side to the terminal block. Install PA23 to the bottommost positive pin located on terminal block.
  • Take attention to the negative side of the power distribution. Grab the pin PA24 located on POWER-A8. Route it through the back side to the terminal block. Install PA24 to the topmost negative pin located on terminal block.
  • Make sure that both pins are under the square nut on each terminal pins. Sometimes it can be under screw cap instead of square nut which might cause loose connection.

Step 15: Back panel wires installation

  • Grab the pins PB01 located on POWER-B1 and PB02 pin located on POWER-B2.
  • Route them from top side of the 350W PSU to the other side of the machine.
  • Route them through the back left side to the terminal block.​
  • Install PB01 to the first positive pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install PB02 to the first negative pin located on left side of the terminal block.

Step 16: 75W PSU wires installation

  • Grab the pin PA09 located on POWER-A3.
  • Route it from right side of the 350W PSU towards the other side of the machine where front control panel is located.
  • Route it towards to the 75W PSU.
  • Install the PA09 pin located on POWER-A3 to the ground terminal located on 75W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 17: 75W PSU wires installation​

  • Install the PC03 pin located on POWER-C1 to the L (postive) terminal located on 75W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PC04 pin located on POWER-C1 to the N (negative) terminal located on 75W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Route the PC01 and PC02 pins located on POWER-C1 through the back left side to the terminal block.
  • Install PC01 to the second positive pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install PC02 to the second negative pin located on left side of the terminal block.

Step 18: Motor wires installation

  • Grab the stepper motor power cable.
  • Route the stepper motor power cable towards to the stepper driver.
  • Install SA1 pin to the A+ terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SA2 pin to the A- terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SB2 pin to the B+ terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SB1 pin to the B- terminal located on stepper driver.

Step 19: 12V BUS wire installation

  • Install the PD01 pin located on 12V BUS to the V+ (DC postive) terminal located on 75W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the PD02pin located on 12V BUS to the V- (DC negative) terminal located on 75W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Route the SC pin located on 12V BUS to the top control panel.
  • Connect the SC pin to the 6 pin socket located on stepper motor controller. Make sure that pin is connection is in correct orientation and secure.
  • REMINDER: DO NOT ATTEMPT RUN THE MACHINE AT THE END OF THIS CHAPTER UNTIL SAID SO ON FIRST TIME STARTUP CHAPTER! FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT DAMAGE THE MACHINE BEYOND REPAIR OR EVEN FIRE.
  • REMINDER: ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK ON CORRECT WIRING!

Step 20: 12V BUS wire installation​

  • Route the pin group of SD1, SD2, SD3, SD4, SD5 and SD6 towards to the stepper driver.
  • Install SD3 pin to the PUL+ terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SD6 pin to the PUL- terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SD2 pin to the DIR+ terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SD5 pin to the DIR- terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SD1 pin to the ENA+ terminal located on stepper driver.
  • Install SD4 pin to the ENA- terminal located on stepper driver.

Step 21: Stepper driver wire installation

  • Install the SP1 pin located on POWER-SD to any V+ (DC postive) terminal located on 350W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the SP2 pin located on POWER-SD to any V- (DC negative) terminal located on 350W PSU. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Route the rest of POWER-SD wire towards to stepper driver.
  • Install the SP3 pin located on POWER-SD to the +VDC (DC postive) terminal located on stepper driver. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the SP5 pin located on POWER-SD to the GND (DC negative) terminal located on stepper driver. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the SP4 pin located on POWER-SD to the 2 pin terminal located on back side of the voltage/current meter. Make sure that pin is tightly secured and locked in correct orientation.
  • Install the SP6 pin located on POWER-SD to the 3 pin terminal located on back side of the voltage/current meter. Make sure that pin is tightly secured and locked in correct orientation.

Step 22: Stepper driver wire installation​

  • Install the SP7 pin located on POWER-SD to the same V+ (DC postive) terminal located on 75W PSU which PD01 pin is also connected. Make sure that both pins are tightly secured.
  • Install the SP8 pin located on POWER-SD to the same V- (DC negative) terminal located on 75W PSU which PD02 pin is also connected. Make sure that both pins are tightly secured.
  • Connect the FE fan pin to FE connector pin located on 12V BUS.

Step 23: Front bottom control panel preperation

  • Reposition all the heater and thermocouple wires as shown in the first photo.
  • Reposition the fan controller wire assembly as shown located on 12V BUS.
  • It may be necessary to compress the heater wire pins slightly to make them fit to the PID controller terminals. Do only if needed.

Step 24: PID controllers wire installation
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the MA01 pin to the 6 terminal located on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. MA01 should be installed in 180 degree opposite direction relative to the pin. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the MA02 pin to the 2 terminal located on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. There will be another pin installed on the same terminal connector. To make a room for that another pin, MA02 should be installed in 180 degree opposite direction relative to the pin. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the TA01 pin to the 11 terminal located on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the TA02 pin to the 12 terminal located on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 25: PID controllers wire installation​
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the MB01 pin to the 6 terminal located on middle PID controller exactly as shown. MB01 should be installed in 180 degree opposite direction relative to the pin. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the MB02 pin to the 2 terminal located on middle PID controller exactly as shown. There will be another pin installed on the same terminal connector. To make a room for that another pin, MB02 should be installed in 180 degree opposite direction relative to the pin. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the TB01 pin to the 11 terminal located on middle PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the TB02 pin to the 12 terminal located on middle PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 26: PID controllers wire installation​
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the MC01 pin to the 6 terminal located on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. MC01 should be installed in 180 degree opposite direction relative to the pin. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the MC02 pin to the 2 terminal located on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. There will be another pin installed on the same terminal connector. To make a room for that another pin, MC02 should be installed in 180 degree opposite direction relative to the pin. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the TC01 pin to the 11 terminal located on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the TC02 pin to the 12 terminal located on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 27: PID controllers wire installation​
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the HA03 pin to the 5 terminal located on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the HA05 pin on top of the MA02 pin in opposite direction located on 2 terminal on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the HA04 pin to the 1 terminal located on leftmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 28: PID controllers wire installation​
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the HB03 pin to the 5 terminal located on middle PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the HB05 pin on top of the MB02 pin in opposite direction located on 2 terminal on middle PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the HB04 pin to the 1 terminal located on middle PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 29: PID controllers wire installation​
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the HC03 pin to the 5 terminal located on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the HC05 pin on top of the MC02 pin in opposite direction located on 2 terminal on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the HC04 pin to the 1 terminal located on rightmost PID controller exactly as shown. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • REMINDER: DO NOT ATTEMPT RUN THE MACHINE AT THE END OF THIS CHAPTER UNTIL SAID SO ON FIRST TIME STARTUP CHAPTER! FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT DAMAGE THE MACHINE BEYOND REPAIR OR EVEN FIRE.
  • REMINDER: ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK ON CORRECT WIRING!

Step 30: PWM fan controllers wire installation

  • Install the FPA01 pin located on 12V BUS wire to the POWER+ terminal located on leftmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FPA02 pin located on 12V BUS wire to the POWER- terminal located on leftmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FPB01 pin located on 12V BUS wire to the POWER+ terminal located on middle PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FPB02 pin located on 12V BUS wire to the POWER- terminal located on middle PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FPC01 pin located on 12V BUS wire to the POWER+ terminal located on rightmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FPC02 pin located on 12V BUS wire to the POWER- terminal located on rightmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 31: PWM fan controllers wire installation

  • Install the FMA01 pin located on first 120mm blower fan wire to the MOTOR+ terminal located on leftmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FMA02 pin located on first 120mm blower fan wire to the MOTOR- terminal located on leftmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FMB01 pin located on second 120mm blower fan wire to the MOTOR+ terminal located on middle PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FMB02 pin located on second 120mm blower fan wire to the MOTOR- terminal located on middle PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FMC01 pin located on third 120mm blower fan wire to the MOTOR+ terminal located on rightmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.
  • Install the FMC02 pin located on third 120mm blower fan wire to the MOTOR- terminal located on rightmost PWM fan controller exactly as shown. Terminal markings are indicated on the back side of PWM fan controllers. Make sure that pin is tightly secured.

Step 32: Back panel wires preperation
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Route the HA01, HA02, HB01, HB02, HC01, HC02 pins through the back left side to the terminal block.

Step 33: Back panel wires installation
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install HA01 to the third (+) positive pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install HB01 to the fourth (+) positive pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install HC01 to the fifth (+) positive pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install HA02 to the third (-) negative pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install HB02 to the fourth (-) negative pin located on left side of the terminal block.
  • Install HC02 to the fifth (-) negative pin located on left side of the terminal block.

Step 34: Closing up panels
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Install the plastic transparent cover back to the terminal block.

Step 35: Closing up panels

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Tie the cables as shown in photo.
  • Make sure that top control panel wires are positioned as shown in photo. That will make sure that cables are not crushed when panels are closed between motor and bottons.
  • Push down the PA14, PA16 and PB09 as much as you can to make clearance between aluminum profile and pins when closing the panels.
  • Close the front top control panel and check the clearance. It is ok if pins are slightly touching to the aluminum extrusion as long as they are not crushed between aluminum and switches.
  • Check the wires to make sure that they are not crushed between motor and switches. Move them if needed.

Step 36: Closing up panels

  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Put back the back panel holder.
  • Secure the panel by tightening the 2 pieces of M3-20mm socket head screw.
  • Install 2 pieces of M3-10mm socket head screw through the marked holes located on back side of the machine to secure the back panel holder in place.
  • Put back the back panel cover with 120mm fan.
  • Secure the panel by tightening the 4 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screw.
  • Connect the FS fan pin to FS connector pin located on 12V BUS.

Step 37: Closing up panels
  • BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT CORRECT PIN INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE COMPONENTS OR MAY INJURE YOU DURING START-UP!
  • Put back the top back panel. Secure it in place by tightening the 4 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws.

Step 38: Closing up panels

  • Tie the cables as shown in photo located on 350W PSU area.
  • Close and secure the all panels located on right side of the machine.
  • Tie the cables as shown in photo located on bottom control panel area.
  • Close and secure the all panels located on right side of the machine.
  • Put back the back bottom panel in place.
