Group the bottom panel hinges as shown in photo. We will use this as a guide to install hinges in correct positions.
Check for the thickness of hinges to identify the thin and thick versions by looking them from side.

Using this photo as a guide to install the panel hinges in correct order to the panels PB1 and PB2.
Continue installing hinges using this photo as a guide to the remaining panels of PB3 and PB4.
Apply a small amount of Loctite threadlocker to the tip of M3-25mm socket head screw.
Insert the M3-25mm socket head screw with Loctite threadlocker to the hinge screw holes. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM. HINGES SHOULD BE ROTATING FREELY.
Repeat this same step for the other remaining hinges for bottom panel parts as well.

Rotate the machine upside down. Stepper driver should facing in front.
Insert 8 pieces of M3-2020 t-nuts to the marked places on photo under the bottom front panel aluminum extrusion. It may be required to freeze the t-nuts for couple of hours since it is a very tight fit.

Use this photo as a guide to install the PB1 panel to the correct place.
Use this photo as a guide to install the PB2 panel to the correct place.
Place and align the panel hinges to the bottom side of the 2020 aluminum extrusion.
Align 2 pieces of M3-2020 t-nuts located on left hinge with the 2 screw holes. Repeat this step for the other hinge as well.
Insert 4 pieces of M3-10mm socket head screws to the marked holes on photo. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM FULLY YET!
Align the panel with screw holes. You may also need to make a final alignment of middle aluminum frame part for better fit. After the alignment tighten the 4 pieces of M3-10mm socket head screws on hinges to secure it in place.
Insert 4 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws and tighten them slightly.

Repeat the same previous step for the PB2 panel.
Align the bottom aluminum frame part between PB1 and PB2 panels.

Switch to the other side of the machine.
Repeat the step 29 to install PB3 and PB4 panels on the other side of the machine.
Make the final alignment of bottom aluminum frame part to the middle section of the machine.
Fully tighten the 4 pieces of M5-8mm button head screws to secure the bottom aluminum frame in place.

Grab all the 4 pieces of PG1, PG2, PG3 and PG4 3D printed bottom panel grill parts.
Insert 12 pieces of M3-4mm heat inserts to the marked holes located in photo.
Check 2 photos as guide to install the PG1, PG2, PG3 and PG4 panel grill parts in correct positions.
Make sure that panel grill part part screw holes are aligned and behind the panel part.
Insert 3 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws to the marked holes located in photo and tighten them. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM AS IT MIGHT CAUSE THE PANEL PARTS WARP!

Divide top panel hinges in 2 groups as counterbore and flat by checking screw hole type.
Insert 12 pieces of M3-7mm heat inserts to the 6 pieces of top panel hinges with flat screw holes.
Insert 8 pieces of M3-7mm heat inserts to the marked holes located on all top panels.
Use this photo as a guide to group and align the hinges in correct positions with the PTS1 and PTS2 top panels.
Use this photo as a guide to group and align the hinges in correct positions with the PTS3 and PTS4 top panels according to photo.

Grab 1 piece of M3-25mm socket head screw and apply a small amount of Loctite threadlocker on the tip of the screw.
Insert the screw through the hole on top panel hinge with flat screw hole.
Make sure that hinges are in correct install orientation by checking the marked features aligned as shown. 45 degree corners should be facing downwards relative to hinge screw hole.
Secure the hinge to the top panel hinges. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREW. HINGES SHOULD BE MOVING FREELY!
Repeat the this step for other hinges. Make sure to double check if the hinges are in correct orientation and alignment according the photo. Use the photo on step 33 to install the hinges in correct places.

Start installing top panel pieces where stepper driver is facing towards.
Correct positions of PTS1 and PTS2 panels are marked at photo.
Place the PTS2 panel and align the hinges as shown.
Make sure that screw holes are aligned as shown on left side of machine.
Insert 1 piece of M3-10mm socket head screw to the top hole marked on photo. Leave the bottom hole empty.

Place and align the PTS1 panel as shown to the right side.
Install the right hinge by following the step 35.
Align and orient the 2 hinges of PTS1 and PTS2 together where they are located on middle frame.
Insert 1 piece of M3-16mm socket head screw through the bottom counterbore screw hole that should be located on left side hinge.
Make sure that screw is passing through the bottom hole.
Insert the bottom screw through the bottom hole of right side hinge. Tigthen it slightly.
Repeat the same process for the top screw. Afterwards secure the both screw fully. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM SINCE IT MAY BREAK THE PANELS OR HINGES!

Insert 6 pieces of M3-2020 spring t-nuts to the marked locations on the side of top aluminum extrusion where main control panel is located.
Align the t-nuts to the screw holes of the top panels with the help of allen key.
Make sure that bottom panel middle section screw holes are aligned with screws.
If the screw holes are not aligned make an adjustment until the screw holes are aligned.
Secure the bottom middle frame bracket by tightening the 2 M4-10mm socket head screws marked on photo.
Secure the top middle frame bracket by tightening the 2 M4-10mm socket head screws marked on photo.

Insert 8 pieces of M3-8mm socket head screws to secure the bottom panels through the marked holes in photo. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM SINCE IT MAY CAUSE THE PANELS WARP AND CRACK!
Insert 6 pieces of M3-8mm socket head screws to secure the top panels through the marked holes in photo. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM SINCE IT MAY CAUSE THE PANELS WARP AND CRACK!
Repeat the whole process beginning from step 35 for the PB3, PB4, PTS3 and PTS4 located on opposite side of the machine.

On this step top panels are installed temporarily to make panel gap adjustments. In later steps it is required to remove and install them again.
Place the top middle panel on the middle section of the machine.
Make sure that panel feeder mouth is correctly seated to the barrel feeder mouth.
Place the other 2 panel parts as shown in photo.

Check the front panel alignment.
Check the back panel alignment. If both panels are not aligned it is required to make a few adjustments to the barrel position. If panels looks good skip the steps 40, 41 and 42 completely, otherwise continue.
Rotate the machine in upright position as shown. Loosen the 12 pieces of M5-8mm button head screws slightly marked on the third and fourth photos. DO NOT UNSCREW THEM COMPLETELY!
Rotate back the machine on it is normal position. Open the panel cover PB3 to access the screws and slightly loosen the 3 pieces of M4-8mm socket head screws located on barrel cooling fan shrouds. DO NOT UNSCREW THEM COMPLETELY! Close back the panel temporarily.
Remove the top panels and loosen the 10 pieces of M5-10mm socket head screws that slightly marked on the 2 photos.
Step 42: Top panels - Alignment adjustment

Put back all the top panels again in their correct positions.
On the front side of the machine we will use the nozzle as a strike point marked on the second photo for the front side alignment for the.On the back side of the machine remove the 12 position terminal block temporarily and we will use the M5-10mm socket head screw as a strike point marked on the third photo for the back side alignment.
Use a mallet to make a few soft strikes until the panels are aligned to the front or back strike points depending from which side of parts are protruding from the frame. IF USING A HAMMER USE A BUFFER MATERIAL LIKE A WOOD BLOCK BETWEEN THE STRIKE POINT AND HAMMER TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE TO THE PARTS.
Check periodically and make adjustments to the top back panel until it seats properly.
Also check periodically and make adjustments to the top front panel until it seats properly.
Once all the top panels are aligned remove them again.
Install the 12 position terminal block back in it is place.

Rotate the machine in upright position as shown. Tighten back all the 12 pieces of M5-8mm button head screws fully marked on the first and second photos.
Rotate back the machine on it is normal position. Open back the panel cover PB3 to access the screws and tighten back the 3 pieces of M4-8mm socket head screws located on barrel cooling fan shrouds. Close the panel.
Tighten back all the 10 pieces of M5-10mm socket head screws that slightly marked on the fourth and fifth photos.

Identify the back fan shroud by looking letter B on the part.
Insert 4 pieces of M3-4mm heat inserts through the marked holes as shown in photo.
Reverse the part and insert 2 pieces of M3-7mm heat insert through the marked holes as shown in photo.
Place the part on the back side of the machine and insert 2 pieces of M3-20mm socket head screws through marked holes and tighten them fully. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM!
Place the fan cover assembly over the fan shroud as shown in photo.
Insert 4 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws through the marked holes and tighten it carefully. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM AS THE PART MIGHT WARP AND CRACK.
Step 45: Top front panel installation

Identify the front nozzle shroud by looking letter F on the part.
Insert 4 pieces of M3-4mm heat inserts through the marked holes as shown in photo.
Reverse the part and insert 2 pieces of M3-7mm heat insert through the marked holes as shown in photo.
Place the part on the front side of the machine and insert 2 pieces of M3-20mm socket head screws through marked holes and tighten them fully. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM!
Insert 2 pieces of M3-10mm socket head screw through the marked holes located on inner section of front aluminum frame body to secure the front nozzle shroud. DO NOT REPEAT THIS FOR BACK FAN SHROUD FOR NOW. WE WILL DO IT IN THE NEXT CHAPTER.
Place the front nozzle cover over the front nozzle shroud as shown in photo.
Insert 4 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws through the marked holes and tighten it carefully. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM AS THE PART MIGHT WARP AND CRACK.
Step 46: Top panels - Mesh grill installation

We do not recommend using a superglue. It may leaves white residue that is impossible to remove over the surface. High temperature resistant hot silicone glue is recommended.
Apply a PETG compatible temperature resistant glue around the outer edge to the flat side of small mesh grill.
Place the small fan mesh grill over the exhaust opening on top middle panel to glue it in place.
Apply a PETG compatible temperature resistant glue around the outer edge to the flat side of large mesh grill.
You may need to flex the mesh grill to some degree to properly place it inside the exhaust opening located on top front panel part.
Place the large fan mesh grill over the exhaust opening on top front panel to glue it in place.
Insert 3 pieces of M4-8mm heat inserts through the marked hole located on top middle panel part.

Insert 10 pieces of M3-2020 spring t-nuts to the marked locations inside the 2020 top aluminum extrusions channels.
Insert 4 pieces of M4-2020 spring t-nuts to the marked locations inside the 2020 top aluminum extrusions channels.
Place back the top middle panel to correct position.
Align the spring t-nuts with the screw holes on top middle panel by sliding it with allen key. Do it for other 2 top panel parts as well.
Insert 2 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screw through the marked holes located on top middle panel part and secure it in place. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM AS THE PART MIGHT WARP AND CRACK.
Insert 4 pieces of M4-6mm socket head screw through the marked holes located on top middle panel part and secure it in place. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM AS THE PART MIGHT WARP AND CRACK.
Place the top front panel and top back panel back to their correct places as shown on fifth and sixth photos. Align the spring t-nuts again if needed and insert 8 pieces of M3-6mm socket head screws through the marked holes located on top middle panel part and secure it in place. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM AS THE PART MIGHT WARP AND CRACK.
Step 48: Bottom front and back panels installation

Place the front bottom panel part as shown on the first photo.
Use this photo as a guide to place the extra magnets in corresponding order. BE EXTRA CAREFUL TO THE POLARITY OF THE MAGNETS. PLACE THEM IN CORRECT ORIENTATION. MAGNETS SHOULD ATTRACT EACH OTHER!
Apply a small amount of glue to each magnet hole and place them through the marked holes. WAIT UNTIL THE GLUE COMPLETELY HARDENS BEFORE INSTALLING THE PANEL.
Place the front bottom panel part as shown on photo.
Repeat this same step for the back bottom panel part as well.
