There were some important updates during the preparation of this guide. As a result some steps might include photos with older versions of some parts present. Due to time it takes to shoot the photos we simply decided to keep the older versions as it is for now.
We replaced the single row bracket with L style to make barrel alignment process much easier.
Components required
Prepare the following parts below.
3x Aluminum frame parts
4x Dual row aluminum brackets
2x Single row aluminum brackets**
3x Long aluminum extrusions
3x Short aluminum extrusions
Please work on a FLAT AND LARGE SURFACE for maximum frame rigidity and alignment.
**We replaced the single row aluminum brackets with single row L shaped aluminum brackets which is not shown in this photo.
Step 1: Front frame assembly

Lay down the long aluminum extrusions and position them as shown.
Place the aluminum frame part vertical and align the long aluminum extrusions with the screw holes located on aluminum frame part.
While holding the frame part with one hand Insert 3 pieces of M5-16mm flat head screws and tighten them fully.
Step 2: Brackets assembly to dual row extrusions

Insert 2 pieces of M5 T Nuts as shown in one of short dual row aluminum extrusion.
Push in T Nuts about 1/3rd of the length of the extrusion located marked with green arrow.
Place one rectangle aluminum bracket and align it with the T Nut holes.
Insert 2 pieces of M5-8mm flat head screws through the holes. Do not tighten them fully yet!
Install another rectangle aluminum bracket on the other side of the aluminum extrusion by following the same instructions.
Repeat the whole process with the other dual row aluminum extrusion.
Step 3: Brackets assembly to single row extrusion

Insert 2 pieces of M5 T Nuts as shown in short single row aluminum extrusion.
Push in T Nuts about 1/3rd and 1/5th the length of the extrusion located marked with blue arrow.
Place one rectangle aluminum bracket and align it with the T Nut holes.
Insert 2 pieces of M5-8mm flat head screws through the holes. Do not tighten them fully yet!
Install another rectangle aluminum bracket on the other side of the aluminum extrusion by following the same instructions.
Step 4: T Nuts Placement

Insert 6 pieces of M5 T Nuts as shown in aluminum extrusion located in middle.
Position T Nuts in pairs as shown in photo.
Repeat the same step by inserting and positioning 6 pieces of M5 T Nuts to the opposite side of the middle extrusion as well.
Turn the frame on it is side and insert 4 pieces of M5 T Nuts as shown.
Position T Nuts in pairs as shown in photo.
Step 5: Bottom frame support assembly

Turn the frame structure upside down. Place bottom frame support and align the T Nuts with the help of allen key.
Insert 4 pieces of M5-8mm flat head screws through the holes. Do not tighten them fully yet!
Move and align the bottom frame support near the center point of the 2020 bottom aluminum extrusions on both sides.
Step 6: Short aluminum extrusions placement
Place and roughly align 3 short aluminum extrusions as shown.
TAKE EXTRA ATTENTION OF CORRECT PLACEMENT OF EXTRUSIONS. From left to right the correct placement of extrusions should be follow this order: 1.Single row extrusion 2.Dual row shorter extrusion 3.Dual row longer extrusion
Make sure that single row extrusion L bracket is facing towards correct side as shown in photo.
Step 7: Short aluminum extrusions assembly

Push the T Nuts with the help of the allen key towards under the aluminum brackets.
Check the correct alignment of T Nuts.
Move the aluminum bracket up and down to align it with the T Nuts if needed.
Check the correct alignment of T Nuts once more and make adjustments as necessary.
Insert 2 pieces of M5-8mm flat head screws through the holes. Do not tighten them fully yet!
Step 8: Short aluminum extrusions assembly
Repeat the Step 8 for the remaining 2 aluminum extrusions on this side.
Also repeat the Step 8for the opposite side of the middle extrusion as well.
Step 9: Back frame assembly
Place the another vertical aluminum frame part and align the long aluminum extrusions with the screw holes located on aluminum frame part.
While holding the frame part with one hand Insert 3 pieces of M5-16mm flat head screws through the holes and tighten them fully.
