PREPARE APPROXIMATELY 100GR OF DRIED RAW (VIRGIN) PLA PELLETS FOR CALIBRATION.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING RECYCLED PLASTIC PELLETS FOR CALIBRATION PURPOSES.

IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL RULES!

NEVER LEAVE THE MACHINE UNATTENDED DURING NORMAL OPERATION EVEN FOR A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME!
NEVER RUN THE MOTOR IF THE HEATERS ARE TURNED OFF. IT MIGHT DAMAGE THE EXTRUSION SCREW.
AVOID RUNNING THE MOTOR FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES IF NO MATERIAL IS EXTRUDED. IT MIGHT WEAR OFF THE EXTRUSION SCREW UNNECESSARILY.
ALWAYS HEAT THE MACHINE TO EXTRUSION TEMPERATURE FIRST BEFORE RUNNING THE MOTOR.
WAIT 15 MINUTES MINIMUM UNTIL TEMPERATURE SETTLES INSIDE BARREL.
DO NOT STORE ANY HIGHLY FLAMMABLE MATERIALS AROUND THE MACHINE.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FEED/EXTRUDE ANY TYPE OF LIQUID OR LIQUID/SOLID MIXTURE OF MATERIAL INSIDE THE EXTRUSION BARREL.
MACHINE IS ONLY DESIGNED TO WORK WITH COMPATIBLE NON FLAMMABLE SOLID MATERIALS SUITABLE FOR EXTRUSION FOR UP TO 300C.
ALWAYS MONITOR THE OUTPUT TEMPERATURE FOR ANY ABNORMAL BEHAVIOUR.
ALWAYS OPERATE THE MACHINE INDOORS WITH ENOUGH VENTILATION.
ALWAYS HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER NEARBY AS A PRECAUTION!
